My niece Sierra came over to play the other day and this is the game the girls came up with...do ya think it's time for school to start if this is all their imagination could conjur up? 
Yes, that's Kelcie on the bottom...crazy thing is...she loved it!
In other news, Kelcie got her new glasses yesterday! Aren't they cute? She's having a little difficulty adjusting to them as they are glasses that actually fit her face - her old ones were a little snug and she keeps expecting these new ones to feel the same way but I've noticed she's not complaining as much this afternoon so I think she's adjusting. So cute though...
Also, an update to say that my van has been fixed and is running beautifully (it should, considering how much $$ it cost...) and I will never take a transmission for granted again! I also got an oil change, gave it some more brake fluid and Eric and the girls washed it today - Vanna's feeling good now (we call her Vanna White b/c she's a van and she's white...)! We also cleaned the garage, washed both cars and the dog today and did some cleaning around the house - sometimes you just need a saturday to get things done at home. Erika also had an early soccer game but Eric took her - it's an unwritten (and probably selfish) rule that Eric supports her for all games before 9am. I make no apologies - it's the way things roll around here... As a side note, I think my dear daughter #1 is also suffering from an ear infection - she's been laying around with a heating pad all afternoon and I'm hoping it will improve so that we don't have to go to "urgent" care this weekend. School starts on monday and it would stink if she was sick - it would stink even more if I have to go spend part of sunday sitting in the urgent care waiting room...why don't kids get sick during the week? We'll keep you posted!
