A "Kelcie-ism"

Here's a recent "Kelcie-ism" you might find humorous - two of them, actually. The other day my mom was over and here's a clip of their conversation:

Kelcie: Grandma, guess what?

Grandma: What?

Kelcie: I can make my voice sound just like I breathed in Helaman! (This should technically be helium!)

Grandma: (While hiding her face and trying not to burst into shrieks of laughter) Really? Show me!

Kelcie: A high-pitched rendition of the "Lollipop Guild" from Wizard of Oz...

Second Kelcie-ism:
Scene: This morning while sitting up to the counter for breakfast

Me: Kelcie, what kind of cereal do you want for breakfast?

Kelcie: I just want a granola bar

Me: (Heavy sigh, because she and I don't agree on what constitutes a decent breakfast but some mornings I'm too tired to make an issue of it) Fine, whatever...

Kelcie: No, wait! I want the Golden Chicken Nugget Pops...

Me: (not looking at Eric, who is falling on the floor laughing) You mean Golden Corn Pops?

Kelcie: Nah, actually, I just want a granola bar

I had a moment where I could almost taste Golden Chicken Nugget Pops - ewww!!! I love "Kelcie-isms!"
