The Problem With Moving is...

The problem with moving is that you get all unpacked and put everything away and consider yourself all moved in EXCEPT for two or three boxes that sit there - say, in your dining room - and you just can't quite seem to bring yourself to finish them up. These boxes have been sitting there for weeks now - the two on the right are full of things from my computer desk and I really need to go through them and either file or shred most it but so far I just haven't felt like dealing with that stuff. The box on the left has misc. pictures that I may or may not still put up but if I move it out to the garage then it's like I've committed to NOT putting them up and I'm not ready to say for sure that they're not going to go up somewhere....women understand this kind of thinking....my husband, on the other hand, just shakes his head (altho honestly, I doubt he really even notices these boxes are there; but that's a whole other post...). SO anyway, there the boxes sit and wait for me to get a burst of organizational energy and finish them up. But after packing up and moving a whole house and then unpacking it and organizing 98% of the new house, I'm afraid that I'm all "organized-out" for the time being. So if you come to my house and notice them sitting there you will now understand the entire story behind them!

I still have 4 boxes - now in my garage. We moved in 3 years ago. So... yes. I totally understand.
