All I have heard over the past few days is how wonderful this partially finished manuscript of "Midnight Sun" is - and it's killing me that I haven't read it yet. My big test is really only about a day away - so after spending all day Wednesday studying and taking the test on Thursday, I plan to treat myself to "Midnight Sun" on Thursday afternoon. I have a feeling I should be prepared to throw something in the crockpot Thursday morning because I don't think I'll be cooking that evening! If anyone has some good crockpot suggestions, send them my way!!

Sweet & Sour Chicken!! (Personal Favorite!)
1 bottle of Catalina dressing
1 envelope of oinion soup mix
1 jar of peach jam
Mix those together and pour in crock pot over chicken (we use thighs).
30 minutes before dinner, have Eric put on a pot of rice - a side of fruit and there you go! Man, can I come over?? lol
